Orders are shipped through Fedex, UPS, or USPS within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii; orders received from these states will be cancelled. UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. We are currently not offering services to U.S. Territories and international countries. We begin processing your order after we process your payment.

Orders begin processing two business days after they are placed.
Due to our inventory changing daily, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to any missing item(s), we will contact you any missing items and arrange your order before we processing the payment.
We understand that some customers may prefer to use their own shipping and tracking company. If you wish to do so, please contact us before placing your order and provide us with your preferred shipping and tracking information. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that if you choose to use your own tracking company, we cannot guarantee delivery or provide any refunds for lost or damaged packages.
If you choose check or money order for your payment method, it may take up to 10-15 business days to ship out the merchandise due to check/money order clearance.
